What it is
About identity verification
Identity verification combines three checks. The ID check looks up the national ID (NIDA), passport or driving licence number in the registry and compares the name and date of birth with what the candidate typed.
Face match compares a live selfie with the registry or document photo, and the liveness check asks the candidate to turn their head so we know a real person is present — not a printed photo or a video on another screen.
It is the foundation of every HomeTrust package and can also be run on its own as an Instant Check from your dashboard or the API.
