About previous employer verification
The candidate adds one to three previous employers with their phone numbers. Each referee receives an SMS and email with a secure link — no account needed.
Referees confirm or dispute the employment, the dates and role, rate honesty and reliability, say why the worker left and whether they would rehire.
Answers are recorded verbatim and summarised on the report. A 'would not rehire' or a disputed employment is flagged clearly.
