Our story
Built in Kigali, for the way Rwandans hire
HomeTrust started with a simple question from a group of Kigali parents: how do you really know who is looking after your children? Background checks existed for banks and big employers — but not for the family hiring a nanny in Kicukiro or a guard in Gasabo.
We built a verification journey that works on any phone: workers confirm their National ID, take a selfie, nominate a guarantor and a previous employer, and a HomeTrust field agent visits their address. Families get a clear report with a trust score in days, not weeks.
Today, HomeTrust serves households, recruitment agencies, estates, hotels, clinics and schools across all 30 districts — and HomeTrust Protect keeps the whole community safer after the hire.
