What it is
About guarantor verification
The candidate nominates one to three guarantors. Each receives a secure link by SMS and email explaining what they are agreeing to.
The guarantor confirms the relationship, how long they have known the candidate and their own national ID number, which we verify against the registry.
If a guarantor declines, cannot be verified or does not respond in seven days, the check is flagged so you can ask for someone else.
Best for
- Live-in house helps
- Security guards
- Cashiers and anyone handling money
Two-step check: the guarantor confirms the relationship by link and their own identity is verified.
