Requirements
What you need to become an agent
A smartphone
Android or iPhone with a working camera, GPS and mobile data.
A valid national ID
Rwandan national ID (or valid residence permit). You must be 18 or older.
Live in your district
You must live in, and know well, the district where you want to work.
A clean record
A recent criminal record certificate and two references.
